Surry is planning on implementing Westinghouse TB-00-003-R0
(Stationary/Movable Gripper Blocking Diodes) in our next outages. For
plants who have removed blocking diodes from Rod Control, did you see
increases in rod drop times? Were they in order with the 10 msec stated in
the Tech Bulletin? If not what was the increase?
