Can anyone tell me if B&W or CE units have ever seen intermittent flow vortex formation during operation resulting in periodic NIS, Temp and Flow signal perturbations?

I know that 4 loop Westinghouse Flat Lower Support Plate design plants are susceptible and have experienced it and some of the 4 loop Dome Lower Support design plants also have reported it.

Have any 3 loop or 2 loop Westinghouse designs seen LPFA?
