The Dominion sites are the same.  Ultimately, it is the Senior Reactor Operators responsibility to oversee the work being done with both Physics Testing (we can never “tell” operators to move rods) as well as offload/onload support (there is always a Refueling SRO directing the activity).

 

 

 

 

FCS has implemented the new work hour rules such that Reactor Engineers are covered workers. Are Reactor Engineers at other plants considered covered workers?
