[Pwrrm] Definitions of "Degraded" and "Non-conforming" as they apply to Fuel

STP treats changing core designs separately from the Site's Design Change Process". We are trying to upgrade part of the process and would like to get some advice from the group.

1) Does your plant have a Definition of "Degraded Fuel" that is used for evaluating fuel conditions? If so, please provide it.

2) Does your plant have a Definition of "Non-conforming Fuel" that is used for evaluating fuel conditions? If so, please provide it.

3) Do you address fuel conditions under the requirements of RIS 05-20?
