DC Cook does not allow Fuel Handleers/Reactor
Services to perform SNM inventories.
We aren't casking yet, but I believe
the same answer will apply when we get there.

Do any of you allow the Fuel
Handlers/Reactor Services to perform the annual SNM physical inventory?
Are they allowed to perform the cask serial number loading inventory?
If yes, do they have to have
specific qualifications, and if so what are they?
