Surry Power Station is interested if PWR sites classify grid spikes as a Reactivity Management Issue. Is there a criteria that you apply such as whether or not it affects Tave or secondary parameters?

We would just categorize the event based on the effects of the grid disturbance. I don't think we care what starts the event, just the effects. Here's our categorization procedure...
