At Oconee, the answer is "yes" RM related activities are identified. Specifically, our POD handout has a one page report from Radiation Protection and Chemistry, a daily look-ahead for MNT work activities including those with special emphasis codes (including RM) as well as the safety stuff. It also includes the Shift Manager's turnover report for each unit (and shared stuff) and a list of all items entered into the corrective action program since the last report. The MNT work, turn over report and the CAP stuff all can identify RM issues - future work (MNT), immediate issues affecting the operator (turnover report) or abnormal / incorrect stuff (CAP). A lot of stuff has been labeled "company confidential" so I don't feel immediately free to send a copy but if you're interested I can forward a contact name for the group that assembles everything.

Afternoon everyone...
This is a strange request for a great bunch of Nukes but I believe this is an effective tool to locate some e-benchmark information we are in need of.
Specifically, Fort Calhoun is requesting example of your "Plan of the Day" and/or "Operations Focus" type reports that are typically discussed with management at the beginning of the day. We are revamping our format and I'm curious if Reactivity Mgmt issues, etc... make the list in addition to Safety and Human Performance Tips, etc...
If you can send me an example of your report (and or procedure), it would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance from an old RE buddy... :-)
