Afternoon everyone…

This is a strange request for a great bunch of Nukes but I believe this is an effective tool to locate some e-benchmark information we are in need of.

Specifically, Fort Calhoun is requesting example of your “Plan of the Day” and/or “Operations Focus” type reports that are typically discussed with management at the beginning of the day.  We are revamping our format and I’m curious if Reactivity Mgmt issues, etc… make the list in addition to Safety and Human Performance Tips, etc…

If you can send me an example of your report (and or procedure), it would be much appreciated.
