Carl,
An Updated Final Safety Analysis Report or
TS or COLR change does not require an Engineering Change to implement the process
for all LARs
Entergy does use the engineering change (EC)
process (the Entergy plant modification process) to approve a reload. The SAR
change and COLR change are typically parts of the reload EC, though.

Implementation
Does
anyone use the plant modification process (or equivalent) to implement approved
LARs that do not result in a physical change to an SSC?
Thanks!
