Question for all PWR plants:
It should be standard that a (Fuel Handling Supervisor) FHS/SRO is incharge and oversees all nuclear fuel movements in the Spent Fuel Pool (SFP).
Two questions:
1. Do you require your FHS/SRO to oversee "Insert Shuffels" in the SFP during the outage? 2. Do you require your FHS/SRO to oversee all movements of equipment in the SFP, such as:
* Debris/Trash baskets YES or NO * TOP Nozzel Baskets YES or NO * Dummy assemblies YES or NO * WABAs YES or NO * BPRAs YES or NO * RCCAs YES or NO * Olds Fission Chambers YES or NO * Old filters from a vacuum / Tri-Nuk YES or NO * Casks for fuel shipments YES or NO * Casks for other shipments YES or NO * Hicks for radWaste Shipments YES or NO * Others YES or NO
