Ron, that feature is not used since the amount of posts is very small on this (Respvr) Mail list. There have been 8 posts so far this year.

FYI, you can get to the Mail lists archives of posts (RCRC, Pwrrm, Respvr)through the RETAQS website RCRC webpage.
