Question for all PWR plants:
It should be standard that a (Fuel Handling Supervisor) FHS/SRO is incharge and oversees all nuclear fuel movements in the Spent Fuel Pool (SFP).
Two questions:
1. Do you require your FHS/SRO to oversee "Insert Shuffels" in the SFP during the outage? Yes 2. Do you require your FHS/SRO to oversee all movements of equipment in the SFP, such as:
* Debris/Trash baskets NO * TOP Nozzel Baskets NO * Dummy assemblies YES * WABAs YES * BPRAs YES * RCCAs YES * Olds Fission Chambers NO * Old filters from a vacuum / Tri-Nuk NO * Casks for fuel shipments YES (for loading the cask) * Casks for other shipments NO * Hicks for radWaste Shipments NO * Others YES or NO
