Onsite, , we have Dominion Qualification Records specifically for reactor engineers. Fuel inspectors (Reactor Engineering and Fuel Performance Analysis-corporate personnel) are certified in accordance with Dominion's QA program which references the requirements of ASME NQA-1-1994. b. Task-specific qualification card. An inspector certification form is issued at the time of certification/re-certification. Fuel inspectors are re-certified annually. c. ANSI N45.2.6-1978. Dominion's QA program references the requirements of ASME NQA-1-1994. d. Others (please specify): Fuel inspectors must pass an annual eye exam. 4.
